Not Receiving Our Emails?
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Open your Spam or Junk folder and look for emails from candles@mail.100candles.com. If you find one, open it and mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk". This tells your email provider to deliver our emails to your inbox.
2. Add Us to Your Contacts

Add candles@mail.100candles.com to your address book or contacts. This is the most reliable way to ensure our emails always arrive in your inbox.

3. Check Your Email Preferences

You may have previously set your email frequency to receive fewer emails. Visit Update Preferences to check your current setting and make sure you are not set to a reduced frequency.
4. Gmail Users: Check Promotions Tab

Gmail sometimes sorts promotional emails into the Promotions tab instead of your Primary inbox. Check there and drag our email to Primary. Gmail will ask if you want to do this for future messages. Click Yes.
Tip: Order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service replies come from candles@100candles.com (our main address). If you are missing those, add that address to your contacts too.
